About Our Firm

After more than a decade of experience in workers’ compensation law, Attorney Joel Campbell founded Valley Law Group in 2015, with the goal of providing California injured workers the best representation available in Central California. More than ten years later, we continue to provide our loyal clients with responsive service and quality representation unmatched in the profession. From our main office in Fresno, we handle cases throughout the San Joaquin Valley and the Central Coast, and appear at the WCAB locations in Fresno, Bakersfield, Lodi, Salinas, and San Luis Obispo.

With the addition of Attorney Michael Pellascio as Of Counsel, we have also expanded our ability to handle cases in Northern California, including Redding, Santa Rosa, and Sacramento.

The work of our attorneys is supported by an outstanding legal team including two litigation managers, a medical liaison, and a hearing representative who together boast a combined 70 years of experience in California workers’ compensation law, as well as fluency in both English and Spanish.

While some worker’s compensation law firms focus on volume, and have a tendency to lose sight of their client’s individual goals and needs, at Valley Law Group we put our clients first and design a specific litigation strategy around our client’s individual needs, goals and desires. After developing the strategy, we push forward relentlessly to make sure our clients receive the medical treatment they need and the benefits they deserve, all while maintaining communication with our clients and being ready to switch gears and update the strategy as needed.

In order to handle the extensive amount of work a case requires, our team utilizes cutting edge technology, including the award winning Case Status app, which enables clients to see the progress of their case in real time, keep track of events on their calendar, send and receive secure messages with their legal team, and provide client satisfaction feedback as the case progresses.

The combination of knowledgeable and experienced attorneys, dedicated staff, and superior technology utilized by Valley Law Group, when taken together with our long term presence in the community, the relationships we’ve fostered over the years, and our reputation for honesty and integrity give us the leverage we need to work with the opposing attorneys and insurance companies to provide the best possible results for our clients.
